What does Loxiom sell?
Ready-to-use digital products — templates, AI prompt libraries and operational toolkits — and advertising services across six channels.

Can individuals buy, or only companies?
Both. Anyone aged 18 or over can buy.

Is the store open?
We are preparing the product store for launch. You can already request a quote for advertising services through our contact page.

How are digital products delivered?
Immediately after payment, by email and in your account on loxiom.com. See our Digital Delivery Policy.

Do I need Canva or Notion?
Only for products delivered as Canva or Notion template links. The product page says so, and says if a paid plan is needed.

Are the products in Arabic?
Our products are built for the UAE market in Arabic and English. Each product page states the language.

What if I change my mind?
Within 3 days you can get a full refund if you have not opened the product, or choose a 50% refund or full store credit if you have. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Do you guarantee advertising results?
No. Results depend on factors outside anyone's control, such as platform algorithms and market conditions. We guarantee a clear scope and the deliverables in your proposal.

Who pays for the ads?
You pay the advertising platform directly. Our fee covers our work only.

Do you need my passwords?
Never. We use each platform's official partner or permission-based access, and you stay the owner of your accounts.

Is a Performance Review an audit?
It is a marketing review of your campaigns and tracking. It is not a financial, statutory or compliance audit.

Are you affiliated with Meta, Google or TikTok?
No. We are independent. Platform names only describe which platforms our services support.

Where is Loxiom licensed?
In Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE, under Licence No. 4426823.01.
