Digital Delivery Policy

Loxiom FZE · SPCFZ License No. 4426823.01 · TRN 105346382200001 Effective Date: [to be confirmed — target: 26 September 2026, aligned with the planned Meta campaign launch]

1. Scope This Digital Delivery Policy governs the delivery of all digital products and Done-For-You (DFY) services purchased through loxiom.com. All transactions on loxiom.com are strictly Business-to-Business (B2B), in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 (Consumer Protection) and UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 14 of 2023 (Modern Technology-Based Trade).

2. Digital Product Delivery (DIY) Access to all digital products (Templates & Creatives, E-Learning & Skills, AI Business Tools) is granted immediately upon successful payment confirmation through our Shopify/Stripe checkout. Delivery formats include editable Canva files, downloadable PDFs, Notion workspace links, and structured text/prompt libraries, as specified on each product listing. No physical goods are shipped under any circumstances.

3. DFY Service Delivery DFY engagements are initiated exclusively through a written Statement of Work (SOW). No work commences until the SOW is countersigned and the mandatory 50% kickoff payment is received in full. [Illustrative timeline placeholder, pending your confirmation: initial deliverables for Digital Marketing Campaigns are typically shared within X business days of SOW countersignature; Marketing Audits & Strategy within Y business days; Marketing Operations Setup within Z business days.] Actual timelines for each engagement are defined individually in the applicable SOW.

4. Client Input & Literal Mapping Standard Output quality depends on input quality. Brand assets must be supplied in high-resolution format (Vector or PNG). Client-provided text is mapped literally into deliverables; Loxiom FZE is not responsible for errors present in materials supplied by the client. Each DFY deliverable includes one structured review round within the timeframe specified in the SOW, covering minor revisions only; requests outside this scope are quoted separately.

5. Final Handover Final, unlocked deliverables and associated source files (where applicable) are released exclusively upon receipt of the remaining 50% balance in full. Draft materials shared during the review stage may be watermarked or access-restricted.

6. Access Responsibility & Technical Requirements Buyers are responsible for providing a valid email address, ensuring @loxiom.com correspondence is not filtered as spam, and maintaining any third-party accounts (e.g., Canva, Notion) required to access delivered formats. Loxiom FZE does not provide technical support for third-party platforms.

7. Non-Delivery If Loxiom FZE fails to deliver a purchased product or DFY deliverable for reasons solely attributable to Loxiom FZE, we will either re-attempt delivery promptly or provide a remedy under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
