At LOXIOM FZE, we exclusively engineer and distribute premium digital assets, operational toolkits, and high-ticket Done-For-You (DFY) marketing services. Because our entire portfolio is 100% digital, no physical shipping, courier delivery, or handling is required.

Please review our delivery and access process below:

1. Instant Access (Digital Products & Toolkits)

For all Do-It-Yourself (DIY) digital products—including Canva presentation kits, Notion workspaces, AI prompt engines, PDF workbooks, and decision labs—delivery is instant.

  • Post-Checkout Access: Immediately upon successful payment clearance, you will be directed to a secure order confirmation page where you can download your files or access your workspace links instantly.
  • Email Delivery: Simultaneously, an automated email containing your secure download links and access instructions will be dispatched to the email address provided during checkout.

2. Service Delivery (Done-For-You / DFY Execution)

For our specialized B2B Done-For-You services (e.g., Meta Ads Campaign Launch, Marketing Operations Setup, and Digital Audits), delivery is execution-based rather than an instant download.

  • Execution Timelines: The specific delivery schedule, milestones, and handover dates for DFY services are strictly defined within your customized Statement of Work (SOW) or Shopify Draft Order terms prior to project kickoff.

3. Zero Shipping Fees & Payment Methods

Since Loxiom FZE delivers digital infrastructure and services globally via the internet:

  • There are absolutely zero shipping fees, customs duties, or hidden delivery delays.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is strictly not applicable to any of our products or services. All transactions must be completed digitally via our secure payment gateway prior to gaining access to the assets or initiating a DFY service.

4. Access Issues & Technical Support

We design our digital deliverables to be seamless and operator-friendly. However, if you do not receive your email within 10 minutes of purchase (please ensure you check your spam/junk folders), or if you experience any technical difficulties accessing your Canva or Notion links, please contact our support desk immediately at info@loxiom.com. Our team will ensure you receive correct and immediate access to your purchased assets.
