By accessing and using loxiom.com, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions as a client of LOXIOM FZE, a licensed entity headquartered in the Sharjah Publishing City (SPCFZ) Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.

1. Service Scope

LOXIOM FZE operates as a digital commerce and marketing operations firm. Our platform provides instant access to premium digital assets, including business templates, operational toolkits, and self-study systems, alongside specialized Done-For-You (DFY) digital marketing and marketing operations services.

2. Digital Delivery

All products sold on this storefront are entirely digital. Upon successful payment, downloadable files, interactive PDF documents, or workspace access links (e.g., Canva, Notion) are delivered instantly or within a specified timeframe directly to the customer's registered email address.

3. Payment Terms

All digital products and predefined automated services are paid in full in advance through our secure payment gateway. Prices are exactly as listed on the website for each specific product. For custom high-ticket DFY services, payments are governed by the milestone structure outlined in the formal Statement of Work (SOW) and the accompanying Shopify Draft Order invoice.

4. Refund & Return Policy (Strict Digital Goods Policy)

Due to the immediate, replicable, and downloadable nature of our digital templates and toolkits, all digital product sales are final. We enforce a 100% strict non-refundable policy once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded. For Done-For-You (DFY) services, refund eligibility is strictly governed by the specific terms outlined in your approved Statement of Work (SOW). Loxiom FZE does not issue refunds based on subjective dissatisfaction, buyer's remorse, or failure to utilize the purchased assets.

5. Intellectual Property & Licensing

LOXIOM FZE retains full intellectual property rights to all proprietary templates, toolkits, and systems provided. Purchasing a digital product grants you a single-user commercial license to utilize the asset within your own business operations. You are strictly prohibited from modifying, reselling, redistributing, or sub-licensing the raw templates or toolkits to third parties. Any third-party tools or platforms required to operate our assets (such as Canva, Notion, or Shopify) remain the intellectual property of their respective trademark holders.

6. Limitation of Liability & Commercial Guarantees

All templates, toolkits, and DFY marketing services are executed on a best-effort basis, drawing on industry best practices and operational frameworks. LOXIOM FZE provides no financial guarantees regarding specific sales targets, Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), or guaranteed lead volumes. Furthermore, LOXIOM FZE is not liable for third-party platform algorithm changes, account bans, ad account suspensions, or any technical disruptions arising from the execution of our systems.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
