• Operational Excellence: We deliver final digital assets. For operational delivery services (e.g., Meta Ads Management), we require "Advertiser" access only to ensure the security of your account settings and billing information.
• Payment Terms: All services are paid in advance through our secure payment gateway. Prices are as listed on the website for each specific tier/package.
• Refund & Satisfaction Policy: We are committed to Precision, Speed, and Scalability. If the final product does not meet the agreed-upon standards, a full refund policy is in place to ensure client satisfaction and professional integrity.
• Intellectual Property: Upon full payment, clients own the rights to the final digital assets delivered by LOXIOM FZE.
• Limitation of Liability: LOXIOM FZE is not responsible for any technical issues arising from the third-party platforms themselves (e.g., Meta, Shopify, or TikTok).
• Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of Sharjah and the Federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
