- Digital Delivery: All products sold are digital. Upon successful payment, activation keys or access links are delivered instantly or within a specified timeframe directly to the customer's registered email address.
- Payment Terms: All services and digital goods are paid in advance through our secure payment gateway. Prices are as listed on the website for each specific product.
- Refund & Return Policy (Strict Digital Goods Policy): Due to the nature of digital keys and software licenses, all sales are final. We cannot issue refunds once a digital key has been revealed, sent, or activated. Refunds are only applicable if the delivered key is proven to be invalid or defective upon initial delivery, subject to verification with the respective software provider.
- Intellectual Property: LOXIOM FZE acts as an authorized reseller or affiliate. All software, brand names, and logos belong to their respective copyright holders.
- Limitation of Liability: LOXIOM FZE is not responsible for any technical issues, bans, or account suspensions arising from the misuse of the software or third-party platforms.
